🚀 Getting Started

Integrating SeekOut with [ATS Name] helps you streamline your sourcing workflow by sending candidates directly to your ATS. This guide walks you through setup, export, and what to expect once candidates land in your system.


🔗 Connecting to [ATS Name]

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in SeekOut.

  2. Select [ATS Name] from the list of available platforms.

  3. Click Connect and follow the authentication steps.

    • You may need an API key or admin credentials from your ATS.

  4. Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message and integration status.


📤 Exporting to [ATS Name]

Note: Candidates usually appear in [ATS Name] within xx minutes. Larger exports may take a bit longer—up to [X] minutes. If you don’t see them right away, give it a few and refresh your view.

  1. Open your SeekOut project or search results.

  2. Select the candidates you want to export.

  3. Click Export > [ATS Name].

  4. Choose the destination (job req, folder, etc.) and confirm the export.

  5. You’ll get a success message once the export is complete.


🔍 How to Find Your Candidate in [ATS Name]

After exporting, here’s how to locate your candidate:

  • Go to the job req or folder you selected during export.

  • Use the candidate’s name or email to search.

  • Check recent activity or import logs if needed.


📎 What SeekOut Info Carries Over

When you export a candidate, the following data typically transfers to [ATS Name]:

  • Name, email, phone number (if available)

  • Resume or profile PDF

  • Tags and notes from SeekOut

  • Source attribution (e.g., “Sourced via SeekOut”)

  • Export timestamp

Note: Some fields may vary depending on your ATS’s capabilities and configuration.
