There are two types of connections between SeekOut and JazzHR.

SeekOut integrates with your Applicant Tracking System/CRM, allowing you to export candidate data from SeekOut and turn it into ATS candidate profiles complete with contact information and work/education history.

SeekOut supports Talent Rediscovery with JazzHR, allowing you to search, rediscover, and engage candidates already in your ATS directly within SeekOut. Setup is handled by our team rather than in your account settings. To get started, reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will coordinate with our Implementation team to connect your ATS and complete the integration. Our team will guide you through any steps needed on your side, such as authorizing access to your ATS.
