SeekOut’s integration with UKG Ready is available as part of Talent Rediscovery.

SeekOut supports Talent Rediscovery with UKG Ready, allowing you to search, rediscover, and engage candidates already in your ATS directly within SeekOut. Setup is handled by our team rather than in your account settings. To get started, reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will coordinate with our Implementation team to connect your ATS and complete the integration. Our team will guide you through any steps needed on your side, such as authorizing access to your ATS.

Once your Talent Rediscovery integration is set up, you can also export candidate data from SeekOut to UKG Ready, creating candidate profiles complete with contact information and work/education history. Export is available for UKG Ready only as part of a Talent Rediscovery integration.
