Internal Talent helps you understand more about your current employees' skills, background, and experience by using SeekOut's powerful insights and filters.
To access Internal Talent, login to your SeekOut account and select Search from the menu on the left. Click More at the top of the page, then select Internal Talent.
Employee Profiles
Individual employee profiles are enriched with data from SeekOut. Profiles contain an employee's work history, as well as highlights of their experience, education, and skills throughout their careers.
Internal Talent Filters
Select a filter on the left side of the search page to apply that filter to your list of employees. Multiple filters can be applied at one time.

Start Date in Role

In addition to the default set of filters and power filters available, SeekOut can also help create customized filters when setting up Internal Talent with your organization.
Organization Explorer
Find the Organization section in your list of filters and click Organization Explorer to open the explorer pop-up window.
You can use this org chart to navigate through and filter employees based on their position within your company. Use the search box at the top right to find an employee by name or email.
Click on an individual to see which employees work under them and click Select to close the pop-up and return to the Internal Talent search page. When you've selected an individual in the Organization Explorer, SeekOut will show employees in your org who report to that individual.
Employee Insights
Click the Employee Insights tab at the top of your search page to get a bird's-eye view of your employee pool. From any search, you can zoom out to see the aggregate data about those employees' location, employers, titles, skills, employment history, diversity and more.
Graphs are interactive. Click a bar on a chart to add that item to your search as a filter. You can click on the # Employees tab at any time to return to your search results with your selected filters.
