Access the Public Profile Talent Pool

Go to Search from the left navigation pane and select Public Profiles from the tabs at the top.

People Insights

You can access People Insights at any time by selecting the People Insights tab at the top of the search page.

People Insights provides a bird’s-eye view of your candidate pool through interactive, real-time graphs. These visualizations help you:

Understand the overall makeup of your search results
Spot trends in job titles, locations, skills, and seniority
Identify gaps or areas to refine in your search strategy

As you apply filters or update keywords and Boolean terms, the graphs automatically refresh to reflect your changes—giving you instant feedback and deeper visibility into your talent pool.

Candidate Profiles

Candidate profiles show the prospect's name, current title, current company, location, as well as a synopsis of their experience and education.

If you notice incorrect or outdated information on a candidate profile, click this icon to report the issue to SeekOut.

Additional Profile Sections (If Enabled)

GitHub Information If your license includes access to the GitHub talent pool, candidate profiles will display GitHub data—such as repositories, stars, followers, and following—below the education and experience sections.
SeekOut Expert Information If you have access to the Expert talent pool, profiles will include Expert insights (e.g., publications, patents, and domain expertise) beneath the education and experience sections.

Public Profile Filters

SeekOut’s filters allow you to search for complex candidate attributes with just a few clicks. The Filters panel is located on the left side of the Search page, next to candidate profiles.

Applying Filters

To apply a filter, check the box next to it. The candidate profiles on the right will automatically update to reflect your selection.

Manage Filters

Click Manage Filters (three-dot icon at the top of the Filters panel) to open the Filter Customization pop-up. From here, you can:

Add or remove filters from your default set
Reorder filters by dragging them up or down
Click Save to apply your changes

More Power Filters

Click More Power Filters to open the Power Filters pop-up. These filters help you find candidates with specialized skills or experience.

Scroll through the list or use the Search Power Filters field to locate specific filters
Check the box next to a filter to apply it
Click the Star icon to add a filter to your Favorites
Click Done to close the pop-up

You can combine up to five Power Filters in a single search.
