Cloning a Candidate
Clone a single candidate
If you find a candidate who is an ideal match, you can use the Clone option to quickly discover similar profiles.
Open the candidate’s profile.
Select Clone.
SeekOut creates a new project and suggests candidates who match the skills and experience of the original profile.
You can accept candidates who fit or reject the ones who do not. SeekOut will improve its recommendations based on your selections.
You can also adjust the matching criteria, including company background, location, required skills, and years of experience.
Clone multiple candidates at once
If you want to find candidates similar to several profiles:
Add all the candidates you want to clone into a project.
Open the project.
Select AI Matching.
SeekOut reviews the combined skills, titles, experience, and locations of your chosen candidates and recommends similar profiles. Accept or reject as needed.
