Power Filters give you access to complex searches with only a few clicks. SeekOut provides a number of power filters by default, and you can save many of your own searches as custom power filters.
Custom Power Filters are available on the Recruit: Sourcing, Recruit: Sourcing + Integration, and Recruit: Full Talent Funnel plans. They aren’t included on the Free Trial or Recruit Core.
You can save a search as a custom Power Filter so you can reuse it later and share it with your organization so your team can use it too.
How to create a Power Filter
Note: Only an administrator in your SeekOut organization can share custom power filters for your team.
Build your search using any combination of keywords, Boolean, and filters.
Keep in mind that existing power filters cannot be used to create your custom power filter.
You can use other filter categories like Location, Current Title, etc.
When you’ve finished building your search, click the Save Search icon at the top of your filters, then select Save as a Power Filter.
Enter a name, description, and category for your power filter.
If you are an admin, toggle "Share with everyone in my organization" on to make your filter available to other users on your team.
Click Save to save your custom Power Filter.
How to access your saved custom Power Filters
From the Search page, scroll down to the Power Filters section and click More Power Filters. Click the Custom category to display your saved Power Filters.
Check the box next to a filter to add it to your search. Up to five Power Filters can be enabled at once. Click Done to run the search with your selected filters.
How to edit a custom Power Filter
From the Search page, click More Power Filters and find your custom filter. Hover over it and click Edit, update your keywords, Boolean, or filters, and then save your changes.
Note: You can only edit custom Power Filters you created. For help editing a filter shared with your organization, contact your admin or SeekOut Support.”
