Occasionally, you may see a discrepancy between a candidate's SeekOut profile and their public information on the internet. This often happens when the person has recently changed, privatized, or deleted their public profile information.

We refresh our data often, but it does take time to cycle through hundreds of millions of SeekOut profiles. Click on the candidate's name or the View Profile button to review their public profile.

Go to the candidate's profile and click on the email address that is bad. Select Report bad address to report the email address to SeekOut. Once this is done, the email will no longer be used for future messaging campaigns.

Report out-of-date profiles, mismatched diversity tags, or other outdated info by clicking the blue smiley speech bubble next to a candidate profile.

Select the reason, and enter any details into the pop-up. Click Submit to send your feedback to SeekOut.
