A Project is a single area in SeekOut where you can add and organize candidates for a specific candidate pool, run Outreach email campaigns, collaborate with your team, and share curated candidate pools with your team and hiring manager.

Create a New Project
Create a project for each role you're sourcing for.
To create a project:
Go to the Projects section.(Left-hand side)
Select Create New at the top right.
Give your project a descriptive name.
Select Create.
Your new project will appear in your project list and will be ready to use.
Add Candidates to a Project
You can add candidates to a project while you search or from a candidate’s profile.
Add a single candidate:
Find the candidate profile.
Select Add to Project.
Create a new project or choose an existing one.
Add multiple candidates at once:
Check the box next to each candidate you want to save.
Select Add to Project from the bottom ribbon.
Add an entire page of candidates
At the top of your search results, select Add Page to Project.(file folder)
Choose a project or create a new one.
You can add up to 100 candidates at a time to a project. To add all candidates from a page:
1.)Filter by the number range of candidates you would like to select in the top right index. (Up to 100)
2.)Check the box to the top left-hand side to select all on page
3.)Click the File icon next to the same checkbox to add all candidates from selection.
SeekOut Project UI and Icons
When viewing a project, you will see several icons at the top of your candidate list. Hovering over each icon will show its function.
Email - Get Email for all candidates on the page
Phone - Get Phone Number for all candidates on the page
Export - Export all candidates to a spreadsheet or an ATS.
More - Change candidate statuses, tags, add them to a new project or messaging campaign, or remove all candidates on the page from your project.
Remove Candidates from a Project
Go to the Projects section, then click on a project to open it and view the candidates inside. Find the candidate you want to remove, click More Actions, and select Remove from Project.
Search for Projects
Use the search bar at the top of the Projects page to quickly locate any project by name. This is helpful when you have many active projects or archived searches.
Archiving a Project:
Instead of deleting a project, you can archive it, keeping it out of the shared site but still accessible later if needed.
1.) Select the project you wish to Archive and select "Archive Selected" on the top right-hand side of the Projects. These Projects will now show from the "Archived" tab.
