Note: Project Sharing with individuals is available to Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise SeekOut plans. Organisation-wide Project Sharing is available to Professional and Enterprise SeekOut plans.
Project Sharing
To share a project, click Share at the top of the project page.
The Share Settings pop-up window will open.
Access levels: You are in control of your project so that you can give your team three levels of access:
Can View: Your team can only view the candidates in your Project. They cannot write shared comments or add or remove candidates.
Can Comment: Your team can write annotations on your candidates through Shared Comments.
Can Edit: Your team can add or remove candidates from your project.
Bias Reducer: If you would like to correct for any internal bias among your team, you can also enable Share with Bias Reducer in tandem with any of the above options. (candidate photos are replaced with photos of cats, email addresses are partially obscured, and candidate initials are shown instead of full names.) You may toggle which selections you would like to be hidden.
Share with your organization:
To share a project with everyone licensed in your organization:
Open your project.
Select Share at the top right of the page.
Select 'Share with all SeekOut Users in organization'.
This places your project in the Organization tab for all licensed SeekOut users at your company. You can view the Project Owner under the Project Owner dropdown in this Organization tab.
Share with individuals
If you want to share your project with specific people or with someone who does not have a SeekOut license:
Select Share from the top of the project.
Choose Share with anyone with link.
Select the permission level you want to grant: View, Comment, or Edit.
Copy the link and share it with your teammate or hiring manager.
Note: If the person does not have a SeekOut license, they will be prompted to create a free account to access the project. For setup steps, see the article titled How do I view a project that is shared with me.
