The Bias Reducer helps you curb unconscious bias in your candidate evaluation by eliminating obvious indicators of race or gender.
Candidate photos are replaced with photos of cats (or anything else you choose), email addresses are partially obscured, and candidate initials are shown instead of full names.
Toggle Bias Reducer at the top of the list of candidates:
Once you turn that on, candidate profiles will now look like this:
If you prefer something other than cats, you can set a custom Bias Reducer image on your SeekOut Account page.
Click on the Bias Reducer text to customize what information gets redacted. Check the box next to an option to enable it, then click Save.
