SeekOut gives you two ways to capture and share insights about candidates: Private Notes and Shared Comments. While they serve similar purposes, they differ in visibility and context.
š Private Notes (Visible Only to You)
Add by clicking the three-dot menu on a candidateās profile and selecting Add Private Note.
Notes appear anywhere you see that candidate in SeekOutāacross search results and all projects.
Only you can view your private notes.
Ideal for personal reminders, insights, or context you want to keep for yourself.
š¬ Shared Comments (Visible to Your Team)
Add by clicking the three-dot menu on a candidateās profile within a project, then select Add Shared Comment.
Comments are project-specific and do not appear in search results or other projects.
Visible to anyone with access to the project.
Great for sharing feedback on a candidateās fit for a role or collaborating with hiring managers and teammates.
