When exporting candidates, choose View in Excel Online instead of downloading the file to your computer. Excel Online is free and allows you to save the file in different formats (e.g., CSV).

How can I view exported data if I don't have Excel?
When you export data from SeekOut, it’s saved in Excel format. If you don’t have Excel, you can still view the file in other ways.
