You're all set. The new version rolls out as an automatic update to your existing extension. There's nothing to uninstall or reinstall. If you don't see the new experience yet, try restarting Chrome to prompt the update.
What's New in This Version
A new embedded panel on LinkedIn. Instead of opening the extension from your browser toolbar, you'll now see a floating SeekOut icon directly on LinkedIn profile pages. Clicking it opens a panel with everything you need.
Workspaces. Candidates are now saved to SeekOut Workspaces, keeping your sourcing organized in the same place you work in SeekOut.
A streamlined focus on LinkedIn. The extension is now built specifically for sourcing on LinkedIn.
How to Use the Extension on LinkedIn
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Sign in to your SeekOut account when prompted.
Navigate to any public LinkedIn profile. You'll see an orange SeekOut icon floating on the right side of the page.
Click the icon to open the SeekOut panel.
From the panel, you can:
Get a candidate's email or phone number
Create a new workspace or add the candidate to an existing project
Export the candidate to your ATS
View the candidate's full profile in Seekout
Browse enriched details pulled into the panel: skills, publications and citations, work experience, and education

Yes. The extension integrates with your SeekOut account, which connects to your ATS. You can add candidates directly to your pipeline from any webpage and they sync to your ATS workflow automatically.
Q: I don't see the SeekOut icon on LinkedIn. What should I do?
If the floating SeekOut icon doesn't appear when you're viewing a LinkedIn profile:
Make sure you're on a LinkedIn profile page.
Ensure your browser and the extension are both up to date.
Sign out of your SeekOut account, then sign back in.
Refresh the LinkedIn page, or relaunch Chrome.

Q: What happened to the enhanced Google search results?
The latest version of the extension is focused on delivering the best possible experience on LinkedIn, and enhanced Google search results are no longer part of the extension. You can continue to search across hundreds of millions of candidates using SeekOut's search features directly in the SeekOut app.

Q: Am I going to get blocked by using the SeekOut Chrome Extension?
No. Your browsing history is private. The SeekOut Chrome Extension does not inspect any page or save anything about your browsing history that doesn't have to do with candidate profiles. If you visit a page other than a LinkedIn profile, the extension doesn't look at that page or store the web address.
