Reset your password by clicking Forgot your password? at the bottom of the Sign In page.
Type in your email and click Submit. You will receive a password reset prompt via email with the subject "Reset your SeekOut account password" within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Click the link to open a new page and enter your new password. Passwords must meet the following criteria:
Eight or more characters in length
Has one or more letters
Has one or more numbers
Has one or more special characters (Ex, & or !)
After entering your new password, click Submit. A success message will pop up. Click Log In to log back into your dashboard.
Note: If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), the "Forgot your password?" link will not work. Please have your administrator reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
