Enabling Credit Pooling
To enable Credit Pooling for your organization, contact your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]. Once it is turned on, your team’s credits will be combined into a shared pool.
For example, if your organization has ten standard SeekOut licenses, enabling Credit Pooling creates a shared pool of 5,000 contact credits per month for the entire team.
Sharing Contact Details
When Credit Pooling is enabled, both credits and retrieved contact details are shared across your organization.
If one user uses a credit to reveal an email address, that email will also be visible to all other licensed users whenever they view that candidate, including in search results and projects.
If your organization uses individual credits instead of pooling, the contact information is private to the user who provided it and will not be visible to anyone else.

Q: Will I still see the contact details I retrieved before Credit Pooling was enabled?
A: Yes. Any email addresses or phone numbers you retrieved before Credit Pooling was turned on will remain visible to you.
Q: If my organization turns Credit Pooling off, will previously revealed contact information remain visible?
A: No. If Credit Pooling is disabled, all shared email addresses and phone numbers will be removed from candidate profiles for your entire organization. You will need to use your own credits to retrieve them again.
