Exporting Candidate Profiles.
SeekOut lets you export candidate profiles in XLS format, including details like name, contact info, work history, education, and more. These exports are commonly used for importing into an ATS, CRM, or tools like Outreach.
Export credits: Each candidate export uses one credit. For example, exporting 200 candidates will use 200 export credits.
Sharing with your team: If you're collaborating with a hiring manager or teammate, consider sharing your project instead of exporting.
Accessing Past Exports
To view or re-download previous XLS files:
Click your name at the bottom left of your SeekOut dashboard.
Select History, then click Exports.
🔄 Re-downloading past exports does not use additional credits.
