In your SeekOut account settings, you can purchase additional contact and network search credits.
How to Purchase Contact Credits
You can buy additional contact credits directly from your SeekOut dashboard in just a few steps:
Click your name at the bottom left of the dashboard and select Account.
On your Account page, locate the Your Plan section and click Buy Contact Credits.
In the pop-up window:
Enter your billing address.
Choose the quantity of credits you want to purchase.
Click Next, then enter your credit card information.
Click Charge to finalize your purchase.
Your credits will be added to your account immediately after payment is processed.
⚠️ Note: If your team uses pooled credits, this option will be unavailable. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for help purchasing add-on credits.
How to Purchase Network Search Credits
You can buy additional Network Search credits directly from your SeekOut dashboard.
Steps to Purchase:
Click your initials at the bottom left of the dashboard and select Account.
On your Account page, locate the Your Plan section and click Buy Search Add-On.
In the pop-up window:
Enter your billing address.
Choose the quantity of credits you want to purchase.
Click Next, then enter your credit card information.
Click Charge to finalize your purchase.
Your credits will be added to your account immediately after payment is processed.
Purchasing Postal Credits
SeekOut for Healthcare users have the ability to create and send automated letters to nursing and other qualifying healthcare professionals they find using SeekOut.
To purchase additional postal credits, please reach out to your CSM or customer support at [email protected].
How many credits do I have per month and when do they reset?
You can keep track of how many credits you have by clicking on your name in the bottom left corner of your SeekOut screen.
For more details - including when your credits expire - click on that Credit portion of the menu.
Credits do not roll over from month to month. If you purchase any add-on credits, however, they will never expire.
